Payments
Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal, with use of their secure server. Personal checks or money orders are also accepted. Please make check or money order payable to Ruffles, Bows & Britches. If paying by personal check, please allow extra time for clearance at my bank. If payment has not been received within 5 business days of order, merchandise will be returned to inventory. Sorry, no COD's.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important. Your information is protected, secure, and used only for the purpose of processing your order.
Shipping
Orders currently ship within the continental United States only, via USPS (Priority Mail or Parcel Post) or UPS (Ground). Orders include FREE SHIPPING! Please see the FAQ's page for additional information.
Please note: Orders do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.
Returns
Returns must be made within 5 business days of receipt. Items must be in "as new" condition, packaged in the same manner as received. You will receive a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are at the buyer's expense.
Please note: If it is a custom order or a hair accessory, all sales are final. Be sure to ask any questions you might have prior to ordering. I am only an email away and will reply promptly, usually within 24 hours.
